Cozy entire 3rd floor Alcove/Studio Apt. with brand new outdoor deck overlooking NYC! Have breakfast or dinner on the deck while enjoying day and night views of NYC! Fully equipped kitchen with all you'll need to ensure your comfort and convenience. Located a short 15 min commute to WTC/NYC Path station via Light-Rail Train 7 minute ride (station 2 blks from the house) & Path train 3 minute ride and you are in NYC! If you have a car, we are just about 1 mile from the Holland Tunnel entrance!
