We’re Graham Property Management — the team behind Cozy Bee Hive, working to make sure your stay is comfortable, smooth, and enjoyable. Although we’re now based in the beautiful mountains of Graham County, North Carolina, we’re originally from Southern Illinois and spent many years living and working in the Mt. Vernon area. Cozy Bee Hive holds a special place in our hearts, and we love being able to share this home with guests visiting a region we still consider home. Graham Property Management is owned and operated by John and Allison, a couple with complementary backgrounds in real estate, business, home improvement, and guest services. John holds a degree in Business Management and brings hands-on experience in property care and operations. Allison is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina with years of experience in real estate sales, property management, and hospitality. While we may be managing the property remotely, we have trusted local resources in the area and stay actively involved in ensuring the home is guest-ready and well-maintained. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space, and to be responsive and easy to reach if you need anything during your stay. The home is filled with bright touches, bee-themed décor, and everything you need for a stress-free stay—whether you're in town for business, family, or just a little downtime. The two-bedroom, one-bath layout is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a smart TV, and extra seating options including a dining nook and expandable table. The back deck provides a shaded spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and the front porch offers cover and convenience as you come and go. Centrally located just off Broadway, the home gives you easy access to Mt. Vernon's shopping, dining, and local services—most just a few minutes away. You're also just 20 miles from beautiful Rend Lake, making it easy to enjoy a day of boating, hiking, or fishing before coming back to unwind. Cozy Bee Hive offers the comfort of home, the convenience of location, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to help you settle in and enjoy your stay. *A Renter Agreement is required to book. The agreement will be sent to the guest at the time of booking. *A 300 USD security deposit will be held on the guest's credit card. The hold will take place 2 days prior to the guest's arrival and released within 5 days of the guest's departure pending no damages. Both the Renter Agreement and security deposit will be via a secured link sent at the time of booking.
