Centrally located in the heart of the city and walking distance to the shoreline, the home is conveniently located in the Belmont Heights district. This neighborhood is a historic district and is a representation of that classic California craftsman style. We are 2 blocks from 4th street which feature countless amounts of local diverse businesses, from cafes, restaurants and shopping. Conveniently located across the street is a large grocery store and Starbucks, as well as our favorite sushi restaurant and donut shop. This creates ease when needing to pick up a little produce or other pantry items for the home. Just half a mile away is our favorite local farmers market which will provide a magical California experience with some of the most beautiful produce produced in California.
