This is a newly built and beautifully finished guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood central to all the fun in Los Angeles. It is walking distance to downtown Culver City, dozens of great restaurants/bars, grocery stores and boutique shops. There is free street parking provided to guests. In addition, the LA Metro Expo rail line and buses are a short walk away. Gated access to the yard and stairs up to the apartment. You will have access to a roof-top patio with incredible 360 degree views. Our official greeter is Rocky. He's a friendly mixed-breed dog who will meet you at the gate, maybe bark and sniff, and then be on his way. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. He's quite used to guests coming and going through the gate so he knows the routine.
Our family lives in the main house and generally should be able to help you out if you need anything. Feel free to reach out any time and don't be shy about saying hi!
Our neighborhood is a quiet residential one that happens to be in the heart of downtown Culver City. Culver City is a bustling hub of restaurants, shops and film/ media production. We are less than a 10 minute walk to: - Amazon Studios - Apple - HBO - Helms Bakery historic area - CC City center with restaurants, Trader Joe’s, coffee shops and more We also have several parks nearby as well. You will have a parking permit for the street and parking is usually available right in front on the house. Walking around town is really best if you’re staying in Culver City. If you are venturing farther, the Expo Line (train), City bus and a ride share are all great alternatives to driving your own car.
