Great for families! Centrally located in beautiful Humboldt County between Arcata and Trinidad, this is a newly remodeled and fully-furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. You'll love the easy access to beautiful beaches and old-growth redwood forests. The house has everything you need to relax and kick back after a day of exploring local sights.
Prior to every guest check in, we make sure everything is setup properly and all supplies are restocked. Therefore, unless there is an emergency, we operate hands-off during guest stays. We have local property management available for urgent requests and otherwise are available via email or text communication during business hours to answer any questions.
The house is located just off of Central Avenue in downtown McKinleyville. It's located 5 minutes from Highway 101, grocery stores, restaurants, and several biking, walking and beach trails. Please drive slowly on this street, as there are kids in the neighborhood. You can park one large vehicle or two smaller vehicles in the driveway, plus one curbside space is available in front of the house.
