Welcome to this NEWLY renovated 80-year-old bungalow located in the Houston Heights area, specifically Shady Acres neighborhood. This is a perfect getaway in Houston's first ever suburb. Only 1 block to Wicklow Heights, Bungalow Heights, Drift Bar, Cedar Creek, Moonshine Deck, & Mcintyres, this location is also a short drive to all other Houston's attractions. You are only minutes to: NRG Park (20) Toyota Center (14) Minute Maid Park (13) IAH Airport (24) Hobby Airport (22) Galleria Mall (14)
Driven as a Host to provide all Guests with a five-star stay. Dedicated to Guest satisfaction. The Customer is always right! Communication is key! While I won't be available in person, I am just a short phone call away.
Shady Acres - Easy to access neighborhood surrounded by major freeways with emerging nightlife, young families, and tons of farmers markets and pop ups. Very laid back and hip atmosphere. Easy access to hikes and bikes and parks neighboring Buffalo Bayou. Central location with lots of diverse dining options. Numerous dog friendly cafes and bars.
