This cozy, family and pet friendly home is centrally located in the Willamette Valley / Wine country. The home is newly updated and furnished. The covered patio makes a great space all seasons of the year. Enjoy hot tubing, barbequing, dining at the fire table. Play corn hole and enjoy the large, fenced back yard. Plenty of parking. The living room invites you to relax on the reclining couch and loveseat or glide by the warmth of the fire. The TV is a 65 inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances, quality dishware and the essentials for what you'll need. Each bedroom has a new mattress, down pillows, bamboo bedding and convenient closet storage. A queen sized airbed can be set up in the laundry or living room. There's a tub/shower and walk in shower, plenty of towels. The house is easily made child proof, it has a pack and play, hi chair / booster seat, potty chair / bathroom stool along with children's toys and books and bathing supplies. The home is in an active neighborhood. Enjoy coffee on the front porch n the morning and you can say hello to neighbors walking their dogs, going to school or jogging. Such a friendly place. We are centrally located to so many things. You can walk or e bike down into town for a morning latte, a savory meal or enjoy some leisure time at one of the North West's finest wineries. You can grab the basketball or tennis racquets and head to one of the parks to play. You can embark on a scenic drive around the foothills of Dundee where acres of vineyards will captivate your gaze. The scenic Oregon Coast is just over an hours drive as is the scenic Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood. We have markets and museums. Entertainment venues and spas. The Willamette Valley in the Pacific NW is truly a special place.
