The tiny house comes equipped with a full kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and
the upstairs loft a king size mattress with lots of carpet space, great for the kids. 100% cotton linens and towels.
A 50” 4K TV loaded with all the streaming (netflix, youtube, hulu, etc.) and cable channels including sports.
Enjoy sipping on a fresh morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the front patio, or sit by the firepit to see the clear expanse of the stars.
Breakout the bocce ball set for a little competitive fun in the nice weather or simply just relax and have a cookout with the charcoal smoker grill. Guests are also welcome to walk or jog the country dirt road and catch some amazing views of Canyon Lake from the hilltop while enjoying some fresh air and serene nature.
There is about a mile of unpaved gravel easement road that guests will need to drive through to get to the space (check included picture). Some may not like it but it does provide an authentic country experience. For all the outdoorsy and fit people out there it's also great for walking or jogging with some fantastic hilltop views.

New to the hill country from Austin and loving everything about it!
The friendly neighborhood of Serenity's gravel easement connects many properties varying in sizes of 2 - 30 acre tracts that typically back up to larger ranches in the hundreds and sometimes thousands of acres large. Sometimes you will notice neighbors waving hello as they drive by like in the old days. Although Serenity road consists mainly of private properties, there are some outdoor picnic areas and magnificent scenic viewing spots for public use just outside Serenity’s easement entrance on the FM 32 highway also known as "the Devil's Backbone".
Entrance and exit of the neighborhood will be the same easement road used to get to the property from the highway. Guests may park their vehicles in the area next to the tiny rock wall and key can be accessed via a lockbox on the covered patio.
