Outdoor space at home includes a shady, pool-front balcony on the main level, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails, and a private balcony off the lower-level, primary bedroom. Inside, you’ll find luxurious, high-end furnishings and finishes, making you feel pampered from the moment you walk through the door. The full, modern kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, including a Viking stove, and plenty of workspace on the granite countertops. The open living and dining space encourages gathering, and there’s plenty of room for everyone at mealtime between the dining table for eight and kitchen barstools. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
