Great apartment: spacious, updated one super large bedroom on the second floor, with 3 beds, 1 King and 2 Full Size, 1 bathroom on the first floor. Apartment in Dallas Farmers Market Area. Close to nightlife with downtown advantages.. This property is managed by a responsible landlord. Please do not smoke in or around the property. We have smoke detectors in the unit that alert us if a guest is smoking inside the unit. Parking and door access from the street.
Walking distance to the Dallas Farmers Market, City hall, Majestic Theater and many more nice places. DART bus stop is nearby.
