Excellent setting compliments this charming Big Bear cabin! While many make the trip up to ski Bear Mountain and Snow Summit, there are plenty of other winter and summer activities. The house sits just across the street from the lovely Pebble Plains Nature Preserve, perfect for exploring, biking, hiking, and more. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear just a short drive from the ski resorts, lake, Village, National Forest hiking trails, and more. This home comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway! LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a cozy wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Roku, and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. OUTDOORS - Enjoy the front or back deck, while relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. Patio furniture, corn hole, and gas barbecue. Large corner lot with a fully fenced yard, great for pets. Other things to note: Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person.
