The home is conveniently located near Demuth Park, which is the city’s largest public park and features full basketball courts, tennis courts, 12 pickleball courts, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, bike paths and rolling hills full of green open space. The neighborhood includes local favorite Chef Tanya’s Kitchen know for their all-vegetarian menu and is close to three golf courses (Mesquite Golf & Country Club, Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort and Cathedral Canyon Golf Club) with nearby Palm Canyon Drive that leads to neighboring Coachella Valley cities. Downtown Palm Springs is a short drive, with restaurants/shops just a few minutes away. Stay in Palm Springs with access to events in the Coachella Valley like BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, The American Express in La Quinta or Coachella and Stagecoach. The neighborhood is south of the airport. Planes can be heard from time to time, but are not too obtrusive when inside the home. We suggest having a car or using Uber or Lyft.
