RECENTLY INSTALLED BRAND NEW AC! The modern design of the resort blends with high-end amenities, including spectacular views, fully equipped Fitness Center and an infinity-edge waterfront pool. This property has a partially stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook everyday meals. Property comes with: - Pots;Pans;Platters - Cooking and Serving - Utensils - Silverware and Dinnerware - Microwave - Refrigerator - Coffee maker - Dishwasher - Stove - Oven - Hot Water Kettle. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES: (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): 1. To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of 500 USD. Hallandale Beach is a great town that sits squarely between Miami and Fort Lauderdale offering the best of each city only minutes away in a car. The neighborhood has plenty of shopping available with a Walmart right across the street for food shopping during extended stays, there are several restaurants available including Etaru which sits right on the Beach next to the building beach service area. Prefer not to walk? No problem! FREE shuttle (3 min ride) is included to Hollywood Beach, Aventura mall, Gulfstream Park Racetrack and Casino!
