The property has 4 bedrooms and each room is uniquely decorated giving each room it's own feel. This is a old charming home with alot of character. The ceilings are 12 ft high, the huge wrap around porch is a bonus during summer months. 2 rooms have thier own private bathroom. The two additional rooms are set up as a Jack and Jill floorplan. Each bedroom has an entrance to the bathroom however it's shared between the two rooms. The kitchen is a nice size area equipped with all of your cooking essentials. The laundry area has a front loader washer and dryer. All detergent and linens and towels are supplied.
The area is called Mechanicsville. Which is a small pocket of downtown Atlanta. The area is up and coming and surrounded by the sister neighborhood of Summer Hill and Peoplestown. The property is minutes away from ATL tourist attractions such as Little five points, CNN CENTER, Peachtree Street, Midtown, Centennial Park and much more. Publix is about 1.5 away and mass transporation is just minutes away.
