Collegeside Cottage is located in the Heart of downtown Brevard directly adjacent to Brevard College on Robinson Avenue (a quiet dead end street) - Walking distance to all Brevard has to offer. Renovations were completed in November 2022, and this home boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, all new furniture, appliances, bedding, and amenities.

We are a family of four that loves to travel. We spent several years exploring by land and sailboat, from California to the Virgin Islands and decided to make Brevard our new home. It has everything we want in a hometown - friendly locals, great walkability, and of course, access to the hiking, biking, climbing, and kayaking for which this area is known. While we love it here, we've still got the bug to travel and adventure. We invite you to have an adventure of your own here in Brevard. We are local to Brevard and are lucky enough to call this area our home base. Should you need us we are likely right around the corner. Happy to answer any questions or give recommendations! Downtown Brevard neighborhood in Franklin Park area, next door to Brevard College - Walking Bridge to the college is right out front. Robinson Avenue is a private dead end road. You can easily walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. It is a longer walk to Bracken Mountain Preserve. Pisgah National Forest is a 15 minute bike ride or ten minute car ride. The Lumberyard is an easily walked or hiked destination. Brevard has an awesome food and music scene, please do not hesitate to ask for our favorites.
