A standard coffee pot and a Keurig is available for those slow mornings. In the living room, you will find a smart TV and a Nintendo Switch docking station for use with your Nintendo Switch. The condo features two bedrooms: the master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, and an attached master bath for your comfort. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, perfect for the little ones, and also includes a Smart TV. The complex offers a fantastic pool area, convenient parking, and easy access to the Gulf. Winter Getaway: Reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a minimum 60-day stay. Reservations not meeting this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
