Artist and his manager, we reside in the same building. We are always here to address any issue and ensure a comfortable stay.
Newest Philadelphia's attraction The Rail Park (Philadelphia's answer to New York's Highline Park) just opened one block from our house! Drink your morning coffee at Philadelphia’s most popular Cafe Lift (just across the street); meet the locals over craft beer at friendly Prohibition Tap Room. Please check our guidebook for other notable restaurants, bars and cafes nearby! Premier live music venues the Union Transfer, the MET Philadelphia, Franklin Music Hall, the Underground Arts all are just a short walk away. We provide most updated neighborhood guide upon arrival.
