Located near downtown Aspen, this second-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features beautiful, contemporary décor. Durant Condos are just two blocks from the Aspen Mountain gondola and downtown shops and restaurants. The floor-to-ceiling windows open as sliding glass doors and make this condo a favorite among summer visitors. The main living area has a wood-burning fireplace, and the upgraded kitchen features beautiful stone countertops and bar seating for three. There is also a dining table that seats six.
