When booking multiple rooms, individual names are required for each reservation.

***Please note: The 4 pools at the property are seasonal outdoor pools. Please contact property for opening and closing dates.***

- Any required deposit or pre-payment will be charged to your card at the time of booking.

**For same day bookings, in the event that the credit card does not authorize for the deposit amount of first night's room and tax, the booking will be cancelled at 18:00**

- Must be at least 21 years old to check-in.

- Per Excalibur policy, please ensure the original credit card used at the time of booking is presented during check-in.

- In case of an early departure, guest will be responsible to pay the full remaining amount (room rate and tax) of the reservation.

Please note: All rooms and suites at the property are now all non-smoking. Guests that are found to be smoking in the room will be charged a smoking fee.

Please note: The property will place an authorization on credit or debit card to cover applicable charges for room, tax and resort fees, as well as a USD 50 incidental amount per day to allow you access to room charging privileges. This may result in additional authorizations should your charges exceed the originally approved amount.

Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If you use a debit card, you acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned. Availability of funds after check-out are managed solely by each individual financial institution.
