Our family-friendly waterfront home offers three levels of comfortable living space—perfect for multi-generational families or friends traveling together. The main living area on the top floor features floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping 180° pond views. Step outside to relax on one of three open decks or the enclosed porch, or let the kids enjoy their own playroom with toys and a popular puppet theater. The pond is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing, or swimming, and you’ll have full use of our two kayaks (single and tandem), two SUP boards, and a canoe—all included at no extra cost (waiver required). Guests also enjoy access to the Salt Pond Community Center’s fitness center, swimming pools, hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts. Our family has been in love with our Salt Pond home since the day we built it many years ago— we can’t wait for our morning paddles, outdoor meals, fishing and crabbing, and observing the peaceful sound of wildlife across the water. When we’re here, you’ll usually find us kayaking, paddle-boarding, sailing, biking through Bethany, relaxing at the beach, or simply socializing on our porch-with-a-view. When not enjoying ourselves at Salt Pond, we spend our days on our permaculture farm and apiary in South Africa, tending to our gardens, chickens, ducks, bees, and a thriving ecosystem.
