It's only 0.3 miles from Nicklaus Children's Hospital, very close to downtown Coral Gables, and the University of Miami. It's also a short drive to South Beach, Wynwood, Downtown Miami, and all of our great tourist destinations. It's a beautiful private location for your Miami vacation! What makes this property special is its unique combination of privacy and convenience. Each unit is a 100% separate living area, so you'll have your own space to relax and unwind. But you're also close to everything you could want or need, with easy access to major hospitals, universities, and tourist destinations. IMPORTANT: These suites are in the same building but each is a separate and private unit. None of the interior areas are shared. You have a private entrance with a keyless digital entry for easy access. The laundry room, driveway, and back patio ARE SHARED.
