Hood, you will enjoy easy access across the street to trails along the Sandy River and Government Camp (16 miles) for skiing and mountain climbing. Hiking enthusiasts will find unlimited opportunities in Mt. Hood National Forest. Those who like mountain biking can find the Sandy Ridge Trail System and the popular Pioneer Bridle Trail nearby. Skiers should definitely stop by Skibowl, Timberline, and Mt. Hood Meadows. When you book this charming escapade, you are also granted access to Timberline Rim's on-site amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, and tennis and basketball courts.
As for outdoor living and entertainment, this home offers unlimited options. The home boasts a large, wrap-around covered porch that overlooks the covered BBQ area as well as the renowned 'Outdoor Lounge'. This Outdoor Lounge has been noted in both Sunset and Portland Monthly magazines - it boasts a gas firepit and a comfortable living area where you all can spread out comfortably and create everlasting memories.
When it comes to indoor living, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan that will be the center of all entertainment. The spacious family room enjoys a gas fireplace to cozy up to on a winter day and play entertaining card or board games. The separate rec room boasts a 55-inch Samsung QLED TV to stream your favorite movies and shows. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, which has been updated with granite counters and features all stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The spacious primary suite boasts high ceilings and two walk-in closets. Additional perks include tennis and pickleball rackets and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
