Our pool home is just 3 blocks from the intercostal waterway with a boat ramp. The beach is right across the intercostal (5 minutes). We are located in a quiet part of Old Englewood Village. Just a few blocks away is the lively Dearborn St. Within walking distance is shopping, restaurants, bars and water. The beach has beautiful white sand and blue waters but don't miss the intercostal where dolphins and manatees live. Great fishing! We allow pet's in the house but there is a pet fee paid by cash upon arrival. We also have beautiful bicycle's to rent.

We offer self check-in but if you'd like to meet in person so we can answer any questions or offer advice on things to do in the area then just let us know.

Historic Englewood Village has lots of restaurants to choose from plus there is a CVS Pharmacy, Wells Fargo and Chase Bank, Walgreens and Publix within walking distance or about a 1 minute drive. There is also an award winning ice cream place just a short walk from the house. The water of the intercoastal is two blocks away. You can walk to the nearby Indian Mound park where you can BBQ or launch your boat. That is also where you can do some great fishing right from the shore or pier or you can watch the dolphins and manatees. If you have a boat you can easily launch here and explore even more of the bays and islands. Our house is located on a big corner lot with sunny southern exposure. We also have a camper in the driveway that we let guests stay in. Please don't park in front of the camper, only in front of the house on the right side of the driveway.
