This newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath home offers comfortable living accommodations with an amazing outdoor space completely fenced and plenty of parking, all within a short walk to the beach.  The cozy living area is perfect for families to watch a movie on the flat screen TV or just be together, furnishings include an L-shaped leather sofa that opens out into queen size bed.  The modernized kitchen has granite countertops, top of the line appliances, custom cabinetry and everything you need to cook your favorite meal. Each bedroom has a super comfy king size bed, custom wardrobe and a flat screen TV.  Both full size bathrooms have large walk-in showers, renewed with beautiful stone finishes.  When you’re ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and chairs that we stow away in the laundry room with double washer and dryer. The yard is nicely landscaped and completely fenced with lots of play room for the kids or dogs who tag along. With plenty of seating, the outdoor patio area is a great place to sit back and relax, or fire up the grill and enjoy your meals outside.  And, the private outdoor rain shower is always a favorite to end a fun day at the beach.
