Completely fenced, this outdoor oasis offers plenty of space to cook out on the grill and enjoy evening chats around the gas firepit. Inside, a welcoming open floor plan offers thoughtful and convenient touches like an electric fireplace TV stand, video games, a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space, and a full-sized kitchen (dishwasher not included). You and your guests will also have access to the on-site washer/dryer. Boasting an incredible locale, your getaway is just one block from Main Street’s cafes, restaurants, and shops. Access to Clear Lake and a brand-new community park is also within walking distance. (A public boat launch is 2 blocks away!). * The main four-bedroom house can also be rented out if traveling with a larger group. * House Rules Streaming is available using your own accounts. The yard and outdoor laundry room are shared with the main house, which may also be rented out during your stay. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
