4 bed older vintage yet super spacious home in quiet neighborhood just 2.5 miles from UGA stadium and downtown. 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs, open kitchen/living area fully stocked, large rec room with queen bed, couch, tv and extra full bath in lower level along with laundry. Covered carport with chairs and a hammock to enjoy relaxing outside. Free wifi. Parking for 2- 3 cars. You can walk to grocery and restaurants closeby. Full fenced backyard
