The garden penthouse includes the upper 2 floors of a historic home! Inside you will find 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor is a special dedicated hang out spot with foosball and air hockey. The house is stocked with games for you to enjoy after a day of exploring the sights of Richmond! Dog friendly. Keyless entry. **Please be aware that this rental is part of an apartment building, and you may hear noise from neighboring units. While we kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours, some ambient noise is to be expected. If you're sensitive to sound, we recommend bringing earplugs for added comfort. There are running and biking trails just around the corner at the James River Park system & the Forest Hill Park. Fish for smallmouth bass, tan on the warm river rocks or float the historic James River, only a quarter mile away. Multiple public access points including Pony Pasture, Huguenot Flatwater & Reedy Creek. A great three-four hour tubing or kayaking float runs from Pony Pasture put in to Reedy Creek, both less than 3-9 minutes away from this home. Texas Beach, a popular local hangout on the James River, is just over the bridge on the north side. You’re only a ten minute drive to The Fan, Carytown, & Museum District. Just over the bridge, take a stroll around Byrd Park or the beautiful gardens of Maymont. Also only 10 minutes to all of the sights & sounds of Downtown Richmond and Shockoe Bottom. Chesterfield and Midlothian are only a 15-20 minute drive, as well. Richmond is home to over twenty breweries! Several of these are within 10-15 minutes of a drive.
