Our building is nestled in the heart of the historic district and is the perfect place for your next Savannah stay. The location is top-notch for walking downtown. Both units are open studio floorplans that embody stylish modern vibes; they reside in what used to be a fabric parlor. You can see more interactive photos at @theparlorloft The building itself is historic, being built in 1885 by Matthew Lufburrow and later inhabited by Dr. Benjamin S. Purse, the Surgeon General of the Confederacy. It has since been an apartment, a vintage print shop, and a fabric parlor. PLEASE NOTE: Booking is not confirmed until we have a correct address, phone, expiration, and CVC code to go along with card info; we have a fraudulent detecting system that will only run the card with all proper information.

Hello! Welcome to my page. This adorable peach building used to house my fabric boutique, which I ran for 10 years and now operate online. I manage my property with the support of other local small businesses. I love to travel, bake, and sew. I live an eco-conscious lifestyle, which carries through into both my business and personal life. You’ll often find me walking around this beautiful city or at one of the yoga studios in town. Our little peach building pulaski Pulaski Ward is a cozy, sun-soaked space with modern accents. It aims to capture a hip, fresh, stylish uniqueness while making you feel at home. A small gourmet grocery store in the front building is attached to ours, and four coffee shops in a one-block radius. A handful of eateries and endless beauty. Parking is not included in your listing. We do not own the parking lot attached to our unit; they will tow unauthorized vehicles. The studios have private entrances separated by a hallway and a locked outdoor door. The Parlor loft is upstairs with a rental maximum of two people. While the Garden Studio is downstairs with a max of two guests as well. You will have access through a shared back entrance. Check-in/out is all digital! There are no keys provided for the bottom lock so. Your stay will be completely private. Unless you need something, in which case we’re happy to help!
