Take a walk or snowshoe on the dead-end street and enjoy the view of the river. This location provides you and your beloved group with great skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, and golfing opportunities. New to the vacation home market, this home is newly constructed with all the modern furnishings needed for a breezy stay! Nestle in and relax in front of any of the four stone fireplaces. The spacious kitchen is the perfect entertainment space with a beautiful coffee bar. The open-concept living/dining area spills onto the wrap-around deck with an outside fireplace. The second level features three bedrooms and a second family/game room. The third level is a primary suite with a private bath and another stone fireplace. With two levels of bedrooms, a full bath on every level, and two family rooms, this home is great for two small families or multi-generations looking for plenty of room to spread out. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
