3-bedroom home in one of the fanciest neighborhoods in Buffalo. Found in North Buffalo right near the Hertel district, Buffalo Zoo, Delaware park, the famous art museum, only 25 mins from Niagara Falls and 10 mins from downtown Buffalo. All you need in this beautiful upper unit home (part of a duplex with private entrance). Laundry found in the basement upon request and so much more!
