Conveniently located between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach, this newly constructed two-story 3BR/2.5BA home provides easy access to area shopping, dining, and entertainment. Grande Pointe in Inlet Beach amenities includes access to the pavilion, community pool, and a private dock on nearby Powell Lake. And you’re just blocks from the beach and Camp Helen State Park!
LIVING AREA
New construction, upscale furnishings, and contemporary decor await at this stylish home. Watch your favorite TV shows on a 50” flat-screen TV. Seat up to five guests comfortably on a queen-size sleeper sofa and two armchairs.
KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy all new granite countertops and appliances in the spacious and well-appointed kitchen. Prepare your favorite meals on a gas range. When it’s time to eat, the kitchen island seats five, and a large wooden dining table seats six.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a 49” flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a granite double vanity, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a 46” flat-screen TV, while the third guest room holds two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV.
The guest bathroom, stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities, has a tub/shower combination.
A half bath located off the main foyer provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA
Step onto the front porch or back patio to enjoy the fresh coastal air. There’s also a private balcony off the master bedroom.
Walk to the nearby Grande Pointe Pavilion or community pool, visit the dock at Powell Lake, or take a short 10-minute walk to the beach!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and driveway parking for four vehicles are provided.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
