Sit back and relax on your private patio while taking in some of the best views of Lake Havasu. Our three bedroom spacious mobile home is perfect for any family to enjoy. The main unit has one room with a king bed, one bathroom and an open living room/kitchen. Kitchen has a stove, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of seating on two couches to sit back and watch TV. Can also be rented as a one bedroom. If rented as one bedroom additional rooms will NOT be rented out to others. Attached to the main unit is two additional bedrooms that have separate entry/exit doors to the front of the property and on the patio. These two rooms are separated by a half bathroom. One room has a twin/twin bunkbed and the other has a full/full bunkbed. Each of these rooms has its own TV and mini split A/C, so staying cooling in the summer isn't a problem. The park has its own private boat launch ramp, boat slips that can be rented, community pool/spa and horseshoe pits. A private beach down to the lake is steps away from the front of the place. Laundry room also steps away from the unit. Our place has room for two cars to park to the front under a covered driveway. Just a couple? We rent it as a one bedroom as well.
