Property information

This is a second floor apartment in a townhome that was built in 2019. It has a huge courtyard where you can enjoy a BBQ grill while watching movies with your friends. Courtyard is a shared space and must be left the same way you found it. Do not leave garbage or personal belonging in it. Maximum one car is allowed.

Neighbourhood information

Great location: you are close to I-4 and 408 two major highways which can take you to the parks or best local restaurants. Community pools, pickle ball and tennis courts, craft breweries, local hidden gems all just a few miles away or walking distance. Those are the perks of staying in the local quiet neighborhood.
