Spend the morning on deck with coffee, and the afternoon on the dock enjoying the spectacular sunsets. Inside, you’ll find a stylishly updated space with a layout perfect for both spending quality time together and privacy. The main bedroom suite, separated from the other three bedrooms, features direct deck access, a small seating area and en suite bathroom. The full kitchen offers plenty of workspace and all the appliances, smaller gadgets, and accessories you need to whip up feast. The dining table seats 10, or you can keep it casual and pull up a barstool at the kitchen island. When it’s time to head out, there are lots of hiking trails nearby, and Sandpoint is an easy drive or boat ride away. If you're visiting in the winter, make use of the convenient storage area in the garage for your skis and snowboards. In the evening, turn on the electric fireplaces for added ambiance and grab one of the many puzzles or games out of the guest room closet to play together. More entertainment options include three TVs, a DVD player and library, as well as a Playstation 2 and Super Nintendo. Spend time in the yard with one of the many outdoor games available, including ring toss, Yardzee, badminton, and lawn darts. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
