Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to unit 107! This 2 bedroom/2 bath is on the ground floor overlooking our seasonally heated pool with easy walking access to parking and the beach. Nicely furnished with a king bed in the main bedroom and 2 twin beds in guest room. The living/dining areas overlook the sparkling pool and the garden patio offers ocean and pool views to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Amenities include: unlimited long distance phone calls (US) from landline, and WiFi in unit. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.
