Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to Unit 201! Florida sunshine awaits you! This second floor condo offers a master bedroom with king bed, bonus bunk room with bunk beds, and a beautiful, fully equipped, upgraded kitchen. The slider opens to our clubhouse, courtyard and BBQ areas. Come relax by the pool, play a little shuffle board or take a stroll along the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.  Thank you for coming!

Deep-sea charters leave New Smyrna Beach daily, giving offshore fishers an easy way to wet a line in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Flagler Avenue is only minutes away by car which offers tons of shopping, restaurants/bars, cafes and more! There are also some beachfront restaurants- "Ocean's Tiki Bar", "The Breakers Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar", and "Chases on the Beach" to enjoy the view!
