The condo complex has a pool, BBQ area, a running stream in the courtyard, and areas to tie your boat/jet ski. Guests are free to use the amenities but please be mindful of the residents and other guests. There are also multiple walking/running trails in the Walden neighborhood. The Yacht Club and Breakwater Grill are just down the street for dining out options close by and a bait shop/store and coffee shop are at the marina as well.
