Across 7th Avenue is a playground with tennis courts open to the public. You’ll also find Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Lighthouse Field State Beach, The Mystery Spot, Seacliff State Beach, and Roaring Camp within a 10-mile radius. Make yourself at home in the large, yet cozy, living area featuring plush seating, skylights, an upper balcony, vaulted ceilings, and large windows accentuating the natural light and harbor views from almost every room. From the Harborview patio, enjoy stunning sunsets from the hot tub while you savor a glass of local Santa Cruz wine. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
