The Zen Room offers space to meditate, stretch, or simply be. At night, swing in the hammock and stargaze beside the fire pit. Guests under 21 must check in with a parent or legal guardian. TRUVI Verification: All bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. After booking, guests will receive a secure text with a link to complete a quick verification. You’ll choose either a refundable deposit (minus a small fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Check-In Form: Before receiving check-in instructions, guests must complete a Check-In Form agreeing to our Rental Agreement and House Rules. A photo ID is required and must match the credit card on file. All payments must be completed prior to check-in. Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, and subject to additional fees. Extra guests beyond 4 are 50/night. Pets accepted case-by-case with a 75/ fee. No smoking indoors (250 fine). Cell service is limited—perfect for unplugging. Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. No parties or unapproved day guests. Photoshoots require prior approval. Monthly pest service may visit outdoors. Please read and agree to House Rules before booking.
