I have loved discovering the attractions, outdoor activities, and weather (especially the snow). I'm so excited to host you and introduce you to my property. • One of the few homes in the region with a pristine, seasonally heated pool—your premium house by the lake awaits! Enjoy a private, fenced backyard and pool area perfect for relaxing and making family memories with a 7-person hot tub, firepit, grill, and fully stocked kitchen. Luxurious DreamCloud mattresses, Smart TVs, fast WiFi, garage parking, and central A/C ensure an unforgettable stay. Professionally cleaned with glowing reviews. Just blocks from Lake CDA and a short drive to Silverwood. • Pool is heated seasonally from mid May to early October most years. Depending on weather, it might be too cold to swim even during these months. • All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. OUTDOOR SPACE • External security cameras are located on front door facing street, above garage door facing street, and back yard where pool and hot tub are located. There are no interior cameras or cameras facing the interior. Pool flotation devices are not provided, swim at your own risk. Pool with diving board and ladder entry. Half bath at pool includes toilet, sink, pool towels. Sundance Spa Hot tub, McKinley 6-7 adult seat version. Installed March 2025. Fire pit table with Adirondack chairs. Propane grill. Patio furniture: lounge chairs with adjustable backs for sunbathing, end tables, out-door dinning table and chairs for 6 and collapsible umbrella, large umbrellas for shade. GARAGE • Private parking for one car in garage and two vehicles in driveway. Second full size refrigerator for overflow and drinks located in garage. Snow shovel, spare propane tank.

Pet policy • Pet Fee applies. Allowed Pets: Small-breed dogs only. Larger breeds require prior approval. Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors. Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly. Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund. Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage. Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided. • Please be aware that while we strive to accurately represent our property in photos and descriptions, minor variations may occur. By booking, guests acknowledge that the actual property may differ slightly from what is shown or described, and no refunds will be issued based on such differences. • The pool and hot tub are provided as amenities for your enjoyment. However, in rare cases where they may be unavailable or under maintenance during your stay, we are not able to offer refunds, discounts, or compensation of any kind.
