Bright and clean private vacation home near beach , near NASA, and SpaceX. Watch rocket launches from the front or backyard or take a quick drive to the beach. IWC/ Indian river less then 1 mile away right next to a new shopping area that was just built. Very close to Kennedy Space Center and Merrit Island National Wildlife Refuge. Also near new Boeing headquarters and short drive to cocoa beach
