Nestled on the hillside of Lake Travis, you'll enjoy all the comforts of home, including a spacious, furnished deck with a gas grill for summer barbecues, as well as a game room with a pool table, Ping-Pong, and darts. There's even a firepit where you can gather each evening to share stories of the day's adventures. Lake Travis is just outside your door (but please note that this home does not have direct lake access). You can head across the water to Pace Bend Park to go cliff diving, mountain biking, climbing, or hiking. The town of Lago Vista, home to numerous shops, restaurants, and the Lago Vista Golf Course, is only two and a half miles from the house. Or, pack the car for a day trip to the bustling city of Austin, 37 miles away. THINGS TO KNOW Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels. This home does not have access to the lake.
