Live the Brooklyn lifestyle in this historic townhouse in northwestern Crown Heights. Please note, in accordance with NYC short-term rental laws, this is a shared unit, where our family lives full-time. We will be present in the unit and sharing common areas with you during the stay. There is legal access to the unit for both us and our guests, but we do ask that guests respect our privacy and we will respect yours. We keep a quiet household and ask that guests keep noise to a minimum as well. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval. Maximum 2 guests at any time. Short walk to 4 subway lines: 2, 3, 4 and 5; and 20 minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden or Prospect Park. 2 blocks from Brower Park and the Brooklyn Children's Museum.

Welcome to our home! My husband and I live here full-time, along with our 2 dogs and my mother-in-law; she has Alzheimer's so we purchased this home in 2023 to have her live with us and care for her. We both work from home and are generally around the property. While we do work and live here, we generally take a hands-off approach to promote privacy for us and our guests. We try to keep a quiet home since we care for our mother here who has early-onset Alzheimer's Dementia. You may hear our 2 small dogs, but generally, we have a quiet household.

Crown Heights offers easy access to some of Brooklyn's top museums and attractions, including the Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanic Garden in close walking distance. The area's mix of Hasidic Jews and Caribbean immigrants makes for a rich cultural experience—and a destination with plenty of tasty food. Its just a 20 minute walk to prospect park as well.
