Historic home with modern comforts. Close to UA, Downtown, 4th Ave, street car, San Agustine, TCC, Cathedral, shopping, restaurants. Home has recent renovations and is freshly painted. All items in the home are brand new. Perfectly arranged to provide comfort, charm and cleanliness.
