The home features 4 main bedrooms with king beds and a bonus bedroom with a double bed. The bonus bedroom is through the master bedroom for a total of 5 bedrooms. This home is part of an estate which includes garden suites below and carriage houses behind. All potential guests must be aware of this and be willing to respect other guests on the property. Adhering to the house rules includes taking off shoes, respecting the city noise ordinance, etc. The home is styled in era appropriate furniture and antiques, and much of the original character has been preserved while modernizing everything up to today's comforts and efficiency. The kitchen is stocked with a complete set of Green Pan's highest grade cookware, full bar set, hand mixer, blender, American Standard bakeware, and all the odds and ends.
