Hi, my name is Dustin, and I’d like to welcome you to our home. I’m a husband and father to two beautiful young boys. Our duplex, which we lovingly call Old Towne Art House, is adorned with artwork that holds special meaning to us—pieces created by myself, my wife, and other talented local artists. My years as an artist and former gallery owner inspired this space, and we’re excited to share it with you.
I began hosting events in 2015, and immediately found it to be an incredibly rewarding experience. In 2022, I expanded into hosting short-term rentals with a guesthouse located at the back of our property. Creating unique, art-filled spaces felt like a natural extension of my background as a gallery owner, seamlessly blending my passion for design with hospitality.
We chose to live in Signal Mountain because of our love for the outdoors and hiking, both of which are abundantly available here.
In early 2020, we were living in Nashville when we welcomed our first son into the world. As we thought about where we wanted to raise our growing family, we knew we needed a safe and welcoming place to call home. The abundance of outdoor activities drew us to Chattanooga, and Signal Mountain stood out for its cooler weather, safety and stunning natural beauty.
