Welcome to the wondrous mountains of Newland, NC!
This cozy home is situated up high with a gorgeous view of the local riverwalk and quick access to major grocery stores, gas stations, post offices, restaurants, bars, and fun activities for all seasons.
It includes 3 Bedrooms (2 on the first floor, 1 in the basement) with 3 Bathrooms that allow hosting of up to 6 guests at a time!
Enjoy a beautiful rustique interior with comfy couches and beds.
