Do not disable or cover cameras Weekly pool, lawn & pest service occurs, usually in the morning. Leaves, bugs, or occasional insects are normal in Florida; no refunds. Keep doors & windows closed to minimize insects. Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in/late check-out must be preapproved. Unauthorized late check-out: 50USD per 30 minutes. No reservation changes within 14 days of check-in. Hosts are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost items.
