Welcome to our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom fully remodeled house with a Hot Tub in McKinney. According to Money Magazine, McKinney is the Best Place to Live in America. Our spacious and elegant home can comfortably sleep up to 16 people with 5 on-site parking and abundant off-site parking at Towne Lake Recreation Area 0.5 mile (2 min drive / 10 min walk) from the house .
I have been investing in Real estate since 2012. Since late 2022, I begin to host Airbnb and I am obsessed with it now. I love to remodel and decorate houses.
The house is in a super quiet neighborhood with mature trees. Historical downtown McKinney is 4 min away, McKinney square shops are 5 min away. DFW international airport is about 30 min away. A car is recommended to get around. Parking is free.
