With 1960 square feet, Raccoon Ridge sleeps up to 6 people (1 King bed, 1 Queen size bed, a Bunk Bed featuring 2 Twin Size beds). Gather the family in the main living space, complete with 55" smart TV... Or retreat to the "den" to listen to music on the blue tooth enabled audio system. The crackling of the fireplace in the den sounds good too. Hot Tub? - Yeahman. Wood burning fireplace? - Yep. Wireless internet? - Yes, and it works surprisingly well. Raccoon Ridge also features 2 large patios so you can enjoy the trees and some big rocks and giant squirrels. No kidding. BBQ on the back deck or take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen... either way, you are killing it. Good job. You picked the perfect place! We do accept pets - please let us know if you plan on bringing your buddy up. Guest access Raccoon Ridge is accessible via a maintained dirt and partially paved road. Parking for two vehicles can be found at the front of the house with additional parking available to the left of the home. Unfortunately the home is not handicap accessible. Other things to note Winter Months: Snow Chains may be necessary. Check the weather. Be prepared. We have shovels to help clear out the parking area. Shoveling is fun! Right? We have the number for the local snow plow listed in the handbook. Just in case.
